This form should be completed when the paper is written and submitted by one author.

This form is required for the electronic distribution and indexing of the published paper in CEEOL.

03 Submit
Submit the signed forms together with the final paper.
Publication Conditions
By signing the applicable declarations, the author or co-authors confirm that:
- the submitted paper is original and has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere;
- the authors accept full responsibility for the research, findings and content of the paper;
- all sources have been appropriately cited and all third-party materials have been used with the required permission;
- all sources of financial support and relevant research projects have been disclosed;
- the organisers and publisher are authorised to publish, distribute, archive and index the accepted paper in the conference proceedings and relevant academic databases.
Which forms should be submitted?
Submit either the Single Author Declaration or the Co-authorship Declaration, depending on the number of authors, together with the CEEOL Declaration.
